School/College Management System or Sistem Pengurusan Sekolah (SPS) is designed to suit the latest needs of school and college administrators around the world. The interface is simple and easy to understand. It can be easily customized to manage the entire school information in a unified and centralized relational database management system. 

The overall system will help to streamline several processes, including:

  2. the distribution, submission and review process of assignments

There are 6 user groups involved in the overall system:

The modules in school management system consist of:

A. Schedule Management.
             1 Lists of class schedule for pupil.
             2. Registration for teacher schedule
   2.1  Update teacher schedule.

             3. Lists of class schedule for teacher.
             4.Schedule setting.
 
B. Calendar management.
       1.Update calendar events(school activities and school  holiday )
       2.Display calendar events only.

C. Discipline management.
1.       Registration for student misconduct
1.1   Register new student misconduct.
1.2   Display student misconduct record.
             2. Registration for type of student (merit/demerit).
    2.1  Register new type of student misconduct.
                      2.2  Display type of student misconduct record.
             3. School regulation.

FEATURES – Bulletin Search Option, Sort Bulletin by date, title, branch, today’s bulletin. Open for administrator(s) and students (but students must get help from admin to put any message on the bulletin board)

2) Students’ Console 
(a) Student Information Centre System

FEATURES - Student Personal Information – Name, ID, IC number, Address, etc. To be updated by students accordingly.
           
(b) Student Directory System
 
FEATURES – able to display the name, course, email, batch and branch of each student. Name of students will be indexed by alphabetical order plus a search function. To be used by any online visitors.
 
3) Online Events
(a) Learning Management System

FEATURES - upload lecture notes (any file type), distribute lecture notes, groupware / email to groups, personal file archive, assignment administration, list of modules, timetable, etc.

(b) Attendance System

FEATURES – able to collect attendances of students.
