Note:
1) Commission only effective upon 50% advance payment collection from client.
2) Web Hosting and Domain Registration Fees are excluded in this program.
3) If we successfully close the deal with the potential client that you referred to us, there might be a case where the same client will contact us again directly for other project(s). Your commission will be for the 1st project only. There will be no commission for any succession project(s) with the same client, unless the client themselves contact us through you for a new deal.
4) There will be no recurring commission structure for any project, unless we told you so.

What To Do?
Note: The lists below are our best practice for this referral program. It might be different on a case-by-case basis.
- You just need to uncover a referral opportunity (potential client) for us. Potential client or prospect means that they are someone or company(s) that is currently searching for a business solution that is relevant to our expertise.
- Pass the referral contact person info to us including the type of solution that they are looking for. Then, we’ll do the homework to search more info about them. E.g.: How old is the company? What is the prospect’s main line of business? What products or services of ours might be of most use or interest to the company besides from what you’ve told us? etc.
- After searching about the potential client, we’ll contact you back to confirm on our search result about the potential client. We’ll try to learn about what sort of individual we’ll be dealing with.
- We’ll call the potential client for the first meeting. It is best if you could join us. That would make it a real powerhouse meeting.
Note: The remaining steps are totally optional. Through our experience, referrals would like to get involve until the 4th step only. If we successfully close the deal, you just need to ask us for your commission payment.
- After the meeting, we’ll call you back to report about the outcome of the meeting (in case you do not attend for the meeting). We’ll ask you to follow up with the prospect to find out about his impression of us.
- You call the potential client to get some feedback. Get information that we can use to address any concerns for our next meeting. Since the prospect is likely to tell you of any concerns that he may not have expressed to us, this is the best way to find out what the prospect is thinking.
- We’ll take care of the remaining steps. If we successfully close the deal, you just wait for the commission payment from us.
